How do I create an account?
Simply begin the checkout process and you’ll have the option to create an account. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and receive special offers for our crafting community.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and we’ll email you instructions to reset it. Our system is designed to get you back to shopping for supplies quickly!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your supplies to you fast! If you need to modify or cancel, please email us at
[email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing stage.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship globally to fellow stitchers everywhere! (Excluding some remote areas in Asia due to carrier limitations). Wherever your crafting table is located, we’ll do our best to deliver your supplies.
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch – perfect when you’re working with deadlines.
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days – ideal for stocking up on multiple projects.
Remember: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days with care by our team of fellow crafters!
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a dispatch notification email with tracking information when your package begins its journey to you. The tracking link will show your package’s progress right to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery if our products don’t meet your expectations. Because we test all our products ourselves, we’re confident you’ll love them – but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
