Order Processing

We carefully pack each order within 1-2 business days of receiving it, checking every thread, fabric cut, and tool with the precision of a perfect cross-stitch.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Customs fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes even the most carefully chosen embroidery supplies need adjustment—just like tension in your favorite hoop.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are:

  • In original, unopened packaging (for threads, notions, and books)
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by your original receipt

Special Considerations for Needlework Supplies

Due to the nature of our craft, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened embroidery floss (DMC, Anchor, or other brands)
  • Cut fabric (linen, evenweave, or Aida cloth)
  • Digital patterns & books (once downloaded)
  • Personalized items (monogrammed pillowcases or custom frames)

  1. Initiate Your Return

  2. Package & Ship
    Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number. Please:
    • Repackage items securely in original packaging
    • Include the return form we’ll email you

Exchanges: Stitching the Perfect Solution

For exchanges (size, color, or product):

  • We’ll ship the new item once the return is received

International customers: Please note that any customs fees for returned items are your responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your embroidery hoop arrived cracked or you received the wrong shade of floss:

  1. Take photos of the issue
  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
